Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The website www.knowadays.com (hereafter the “website”) is owned and operated by Knowadays. The terms “knowadays.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our” all refer to Knowadays. Knowadays (previously named Interactive Learning Ltd) is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12368022) with its registered office at 59–60 Russell Square, London WC1B 4HP.

In these Terms, “user,” “customer,” and “you” refer to the individual or entity accessing the website and/or purchasing our courses. “Course,” “module,” “test,” “quiz,” and “assignment” refer to the training materials and course content we provide.

Copyright, License, And Site Access

All course content and all material on the website are the property of Knowadays. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access and use the website and courses for your personal, non‑commercial use only.

You may not:

• Download, save, copy, or redistribute any part of the website or course materials (except where we expressly provide downloadable resources for your personal use)

• Sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the website or its contents for any commercial purpose

• Collect or use any listings, descriptions, prices, or account information for the benefit of another merchant or third party

• Create derivative works from the website or its contents

• Use data‑mining, robots, or similar data‑gathering or extraction tools

• Frame, mirror, or reproduce any part of the website, or use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) without our express written consent

• Use meta tags or any other hidden text that utilizes our name or trademarks without our express written consent

Unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by us. You may create a hyperlink to the website provided the link does not portray Knowadays, our affiliates, or our products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. You may not use any Knowadays logos, proprietary graphics, or trademarks as part of the link without our express written consent.

Liability And Warranties

Knowadays is not liable for any loss or damage – including indirect, consequential, or data‑related loss – arising from your use of the website or courses, or from the temporary unavailability of the website for reasons beyond our control.

If you create an account, a login ID and password are required. You are responsible for safeguarding this information and for all activity that occurs under your login ID. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Course Prices And Payment

All courses are priced in U.S. dollars (USD), except that prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) to users in the United Kingdom and in Australian dollars (AUD) to users in Australia.

Payment in full is required before course access is granted. Where payment is made through a third‑party payment‑plan provider, your agreement is with that provider. For business customers, custom invoicing may be available by prior written agreement.

If you enter a payment plan and fail to make a scheduled payment, we may restrict course access until the outstanding balance is paid.

Credits And Refunds

You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 50% of any course or submitted a final assignment. To request a refund, email [email protected], and we will respond promptly.

Eligibility

Registration and participation are restricted to individuals aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Some courses may have additional eligibility requirements as stated on the relevant course page.
If you are under 18 and wish to register for a course, contact [email protected] before making a purchase.

Business Customers

If you purchase a course as a business on behalf of a delegate, the contract is with the business. The business must provide the delegate’s email address so we can create an individual login ID, and it must ensure the delegate completes all course requirements.

Disclaimers Of Warranty; Limitations Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• All courses and related information are provided “as is” without any warranty – express, implied, or statutory – including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement

• We do not warrant that the website or courses will at all times be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error‑free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that they will meet your requirements or achieve any intended results

Neither Knowadays nor its directors, employees, agents, contractors, or representatives shall be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities)

• Any direct damages exceeding (i) the total course fees you paid to Knowadays in the preceding 12 months or (ii) $50 – whichever is greater

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Although we endeavor to keep information on the website accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees that it will remain accurate. We may make improvements or alterations to this website at any time and without notice.

Our brand‑ambassador program is managed through the Ambassador platform. Any Knowadays learner or other individual may sign up to promote Knowadays to friends, family, and others. Referral commissions are paid in USD via Wise. Ambassadors require a free Wise account to receive payments.
