Most proofreading takes place in Microsoft Word, but it’s probably not the only program you’ll encounter in a professional setting. You may be asked to proofread presentations, spreadsheets, PDFs, or shared online documents. Each format comes with its own tools and challenges – this module will show you how to handle them with confidence.

In this module, you’ll discover how to apply your proofreading skills across a range of programs and formats. We’ll start by exploring how to proofread in the Google Suite, before moving on to Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. You’ll then learn how to proofread PDFs and other technical formats.
